Client Problem: Finding new ways to provide an interactive experience that encourages group discussion while visitors are exploring the artworks. Bringing the artists relationships, characteristics of impressionism and Burrell’s whole collection to life.
Luma Solution: Luma was commissioned to produce a complementary app to be displayed alongside key art works within the gallery on iPads. Each iPad was intended to be used by visitors to browse through three key messages spread across three pages. Each page provides visitors with further information and questions about that piece.
Outcome: Significantly enhanced visitor experience and potential to increase revenue by attracting more visitors.
