Client Brief
The client, RPG Property, sought Luma to produce high-end computer-generated imagery (CGIs) for the Alhambra House / 45 Waterloo Street redevelopment project in Glasgow. The primary visuals required covered the full extent of the scheme, including:
The full ground floor and amenity spaces.
A full office level (specified as CAT-A, with open-plan layouts).
The roof terrace.
External aerial and street-level views.
Luma Approach
Luma worked in close collaboration with the project team, including Architects, Interior Designers and Branding consultants. The approach involved detailed modeling and multiple rounds of refinement to align the CGIs with the evolving design specifications:

The project culminated in the delivery of a full suite of final CGIs and videos for marketing purposes, which received positive reception from the client team.
